Caprese Skewers, Grilled Shrimp, Bacon Wrapped Dates, Specialty Sausage Bites
Buffet to Include:
Grilled Flank Steak – cooked medium rare, smothered in a tomato sauce with roasted garlic, diced onions & bell peppers. Topped with fresh basil, blistered cherry tomatoes & shaved parmesan.
Chicken Picata – lightly floured chicken medallions sautéed in olive oil with freshly chopped garlic. Tossed in a lemon-caper cream sauce & topped with grilled lemon wheels & chopped parsley.
Penne Pasta – tossed in a pesto olive oil with sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, freshly chopped basil & feta cheese.
Side Dishes Pesto Whipped Potatoes Garlic-Bacon Green Beans topped with fried onion strings Warm Rolls & Whipped Butter Garden Green Salad with toppings on the side: basil-garlic marinated tomatoes, cucumbers, kidney beans, pickled red onions, croutons, Ranch & Creamy Italian.
