2007 STEVENOT ALBARIÑO
Winemaker Notes:
Stevenot Winery is proud to present our 2007 Estate Grown Albariño. Famous in the Rias Baixas region of Spain , Albariño is included on the wine lists of celebrated restaurants, and distinguished as an elegant and fresh wine with ample body and balanced acidity. The 2007 vintage yielded a small, concentrated crop, encouraging intricate flavors of lemon drop, ginger and mandarin orange, with accents of mineral and flint. Known around the world as the perfect accompaniment to shellfish, and a nice choice to complement rich cheeses and cream based pasta sauce. Salud !

2007 STEVENOT VERDELHO
*GOLD MEDAL WINNER!
Winemaker Notes:
The interaction of pineapple, green apple, passion fruit, lime, and anise makes this Portuguese varietal a truly inspiring addition to our lineup. Verdelho is growing exceptionally well in California , but is not very widely available, making this an interesting and exciting choice for Stevenot fans. We create this wine as our offering to the Sauvignon Blanc fans, who want intense more tropical fruit and ample mouthfeel.

2007 STEVENOT ROSADO
Winemaker Notes:
We crafted our Rosado this year with the introduction of Albariño into the blend.
While sampling the berries in the vineyards, a distinct sweet clementine character was revealed that we wanted to integrate into our Rosé. The experiment worked out brilliantly, providing us with a lovely dry wine, exhibiting candied strawberry and raspberry, with that touch of sweet citrus derived from the Albariño co-fermentation. This wine will make you yearn for hot summer days and family picnics. Enjoy! |

2006 STEVENOT CHARDONNAY
Winemaker Notes: A beautifully crisp and clean Chardonnay, this wine demonstrates wonderful fruit aromas of apricot, melon, and pineapple with vibrant flavors of pear, honey and lemon zest.
Food Pairing: This wine is best enjoyed lightly chilled. A nice accompaniment to a wide range of dishes, serve chilled with your favorite cheese, pasta, poultry or seafood dishes. |

2005 STEVENOT MERLOT
Winemaker Notes: Offering rich red fruit in the mouth, cherries, plums, strawberries, and currants are complemented by notes of cassis, licorice, leather, and a hint of green tea. Fully integrated and highly structured, this balanced, dark, full bodied Merlot delivers a creamy texture and supple tannins that linger during a long finish.
Food Pairing: A wonderfully food friendly wine, enjoy with an array of dishes including roast lamb, grilled snapper, cheese soufflé, or pesto lasagna. |

2006 STEVENOT DANZA ROJA
Winemaker Notes:
With the release of our 2006 Danza Roja blend, we have added another layer of elegance by including 16% Pinot Noir, which introduces flavors of baked cherries and black tea, along with the grace needed to round this off as a truly refined wine. The premise is the same, a fully integrated artisan blend of perfect balance and structure with additional flavors of blueberry, maple syrup, and sweet almonds. Created to accompany a wide array of dishes, or to simply enjoy on its own, this wine is a true example of how blending can encourage a wine which is greater than its individual components. |

2006 STEVENOT CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Winemaker Notes: At Stevenot Winery, our hillside Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards produce small berries with generous black cherry and licorice flavors, providing the backbone for our 2006 offering. Through blending with Merlot and Petit Verdot, we are able to achieve balance and complexity, showcasing a layered wine with tones of violet, leather, white pepper, and roasted spice. The Stevenot estate Merlot vineyards yield some of the finest grapes we have worked with, contributing a refinement of structure and exceptional fruit flavor.

A commanding example of this California favorite, the 2006 Stevenot Petite Sirah is rich and velvety in texture with a powerhouse of bouquet and lingering flavors. Lively brambleberry, sweet leather, black fruit and anise show intensely on the palate, all the while managing to show a character of grace and elegance. Created from our estate grown fruit and barrel aged for 26 months in American and French oak, we offer you this lovely wine to enjoy right away, or as a perfect candidate for cellaring.

2006 TEMPRANILLO
*NEW RELEASE! Winemaker Notes:
Assembled with our signature estate grown Tempranillo grapes, we hand harvested 3 different clones of this celebrated Spanish varietal, created a perfect blend with 8% Graciano and 4% Merlot, and let the flavors meld in barrel for 28 months. Multi-layered on the palate with hints of homemade plum marmalade, clove, black cherry, and sweet sandalwood. Soft mid-palate tannins round out bright red fruit with a lingering subtle vanilla bean finish. Enjoy this wine on its own as a perfect complement to paella, Serrano ham, or Manchego cheese.

2006 STEVENOT ZINFANDEL

Winemaker Notes:
In blending the 100% Estate Grown 2006 Zinfandel, we added an exciting new layer of complexity with the first yield from our Mourvedre vines, while a touch of Petite Sirah rounded out the wild berry flavors which make this wine intensely flavorful. Fruit forward with spicy black licorice, creamy vanilla bean, and soft pepper which complements blackberry and raspberry fruit, this medium bodied Zinfandel finishes with a lingering cinnamon and clove complexity.

2005 STEVENOT ORANGE MUSCAT
Winemaker Notes: Packed with flavors of tangy orange blossom and apple spice, the light acidity balances out perfectly the high residual sugar, creating a wine that is seductive, zesty, and rich.

Winemaker Notes: With a creamy, buttery mouth feel it lingers on the palette with a rich and lush intensity. Fruit forward and delicately balanced, it demonstrates wonderful tropical fruits with mango, pear, peach, and citrus nuances, all interwoven with a subtle yet crisp acidity.

2005 STEVENOT GRAN RESERVA CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Winemaker Notes: The 2005 harvest yielded a low crop of 1.5 tons per acre, resulting in a Cabernet Sauvignon of exceptional concentration and depth. Traditional flavors of black cherry, clove and chocolate are accentuated with hints of violets, sweet tobacco leaf, creamy anise and spiced plum. We have nurtured this wine for 38 months, allowing for an immediately enjoyable wine which showcases not only commanding flavors but also a robust, powerful mouthfeel. 2007 STEVENOT GRAN RESERVA GRENACHE
Winemaker Notes: Stevenot Winery is proud to release its first varietal Grenache offering. In past vintages we have enhanced our proprietary blend with this delicate and seductive varietal, however with the 2007 vintage, it became clear that our Grenache wanted to take center stage. With a 2% touch of estate Syrah and a 7% addition of our estate Mourvèdre , we join the pioneers who have offered “GSM” blends to high praise and acclaim. Soft and beautifully integrated tannins support layers of perfumed cherries, raspberries and candied blueberries, while cinnamon and violet dance through the lingering finish. Cheers! |

2007 STEVENOT GRAN RESERVA MUSCAT CANELLI
Our estate grown Muscat Canelli is undeniably the most pleasant grape to work with from the vineyard through to the bottle. Distinct flavors of mint and basil make grape sampling in the field a pleasure. As the grapes start to mature, the flavors transform to rich peach and jasmine essence which provide a hint of the end wine we will achieve. Pat ience is a virtue when dealing with Muscat Canelli, as we wait until the latest possible harvest date, allowing for the highest sugar attainable, and the most concentrated, complexity possible. During fermentation the cellar is filled with scents of wildflowers and honey. The wine itself displays intense rose petal, dried apricot, peach, and mango, with a creamy toffee finish.

2005 RED ROVER CHARDONNAY
Winemaker Notes: Delightfully crisp and clean, this wine is bursting with nuances of pear, green apple, luscious mango and litchi. Medium bodied and well balanced, complex flavors of fleshy peach and pineapple glide into a smooth and satisfyingly crisp finish, accented by notes of lemon and flint.
Food Pairing: This wine is best enjoyed lightly chilled. A nice accompaniment to a wide range of dishes, serve chilled with your favorite cheese, pasta, poultry or seafood dishes. |

2005 RED ROVER MERLOT
Winemaker Notes: Deep cherry red in color, this Merlot is perfumed with enticing nuances of ripe berry fruits and delicate notes of spice. On the palate the sweet fruit fills the mouth, ripe cherry, boysenberry and jammy black currant lead to delicate overtones of sandalwood and tobacco.
Food Pairing: Complimentary to a wide variety of foods, this wine pairs especially well with leg of lamb, minestrone soup, barbecued salmon or eggplant parmesan. Enjoyable now, this wine will also improve with aging. |

2005 RED ROVER CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Winemaker Notes: Medium bodied with supple tannins, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright, fruity wine that is round and well structured. Aromas of cherry, berry, and cassis are layered with notes of dark chocolate and mint. The fruit is jammy and ripe, with dark, lush flavors that are vibrant and intense.
Food Pairing: A wonderful wine on its own, it also pairs extremely well with a variety of dishes including prime cut of beef, lasagna al forno, blackened Cajun chicken or chocolate cake with blackberry coulis. |

2007 RED ROVER PINOT GRIGIO
Winemaker Notes: A wonderfully crisp and fruit driven wine, our 2007 Red Rover Pinot Grigio has a beautiful floral nose revealing hints of honeyed lemon, orange rind and pears. With the introduction of Verdelho to the blend, pure green apple shows vividly on the palate, with rich creamy undertones, suggestions of tropical fruit and herbal nuances.
