2006 STEVENOT DANZA BLANCA
Comments: Showing ripeness and concentration, this Albariño is layered with peach, pear and honey blossom flavors accented with mineral and almond. It’s balanced and lively, with firm acidity that is bolstered by a hint of spritz.
Food Pairing: A nice accompaniment to a wide range of dishes, serve with stuffed tomatoes, fried shrimp, or a Thai green curry.

2006 STEVENOT PINOT GRIGIO
Comments: A wonderfully crisp and delicate wine, this Pinot Grigio has a beautiful floral nose revealing hints of honeyed lemon, orange rind, and pears. Pure green apple shows vividly on the palate, with rich creamy undertones and herbal nuance.

2006 STEVENOT TORRONTES
Comments: A Spanish varietal that is delicate and aromatic, this Torrontes has a striking floral nose with layers of musk, rose petal, orange blossom and lychee. Ripe pear and dried peach show vividly on the pallet, and the finish is dry and smooth with a subtle underpinning of spice.

2006 STEVENOT PERSUASION

2006 STEVENOT ROSADO

2004 STEVENOT TEMPRANILLO
Comments: Blended with a small amount of estate grown Graciano to give it added complexity and structure, it demonstrates lovely nuances of dark cherry and blueberry with a delicate undercurrent of mocha and toasted oak. A subtle layering of vanilla and cinnamon in the bouquet is complimented by a rich and lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Will improve with proper cellar aging for seven years. You can drink it on its own, but it is also a wonderful accompaniment to a variety of dishes including paella, chicken quesadillas, grilled pork tenderloin or spaghetti and meatballs. |

2004 STEVENOT DANZA ROJA
Comments: Potent, complex, and aromatic, this beautiful Spanish blend is rich and fresh in the mouth with an intense dark cherry color and ruby lining. This wine bursts with aromas of ripe black cherries, blackberries, currant, nutmeg, vanilla bean, black licorice and espresso with hints of cedar and clove.

2005 STEVENOT ZINFANDEL

2004 STEVENOT CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Comments: Aromatically the wine shows a sweet, toasty spiciness, saturated in graphite and red fruits. Cassis, current, cinnamon, and cedary bramble berry flavors are supported by a framework of ripe tannins combining to produce a full bodied, complex wine of outstanding length and balance.

2004 STEVENOT SYRAH
Comments: Our Estate grown Syrah is a big mountain grown wine and not for the faint of heart. Bold and lively in the mouth with a chewy structure, the wine displays dark plum and black cherry fruit, with tastes of cocoa, spice, minerals and subtle smoky notes. On the palate, the texture is smooth and ample with a very long, complex finish created by the rich, yet soft tannins.

2005 STEVENOT ORANGE MUSCAT
