Get to know the new Premium Stevenot Wines.



Stevenot Syrah Wine Marinade

For beef, pork or lamb

1 cup stevenot syrah
2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
2 cup catsup
2 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoons yellow onion (chopped fine)
2 tablespoons parsley (chopped fine)
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons fresh chopped rosemary

Combine all ingredients and marinade meat for at least Three hours or even overnight in refrigerator. Use extra marinade to baste meat while cooking.

Makes 12 cups.
