Skewered Prawns with Garlic,
Basil, and Stevenot Chardonnay

24 Lg. Prawns uncooked, peeled and deveined
4-5 garlic cloves
1 2 cup Stevenot Chardonnay
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 bunch fresh basil
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
2 lemons (squeezed)
Bamboo skewers
Optional: uncooked vegetables such as cherry tomato, bell peppers, onion, zucchini, etc, cut in chunks.

In a covered container, combine the first 9 ingredients and marinate at least 2-3 hours. Remove from marinade and skewer alone or with vegetables. Grill until prawns are pink and vegetables cooked. About 3-7 minutes. Use remaining marinade to baste while barbecuing. Serve immediately.
