Grilled Apricot Honey Chicken

Serve with Stevenot Verdelho

Serves 4

1/3 cup honey mustard (Grey Poupon)
3 tablespoons apricot preserves
1 teaspoon ground ginger
4 boneless skinless chick breast halves

Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger.

Prepare grill.

Grill chicken for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until they are done, brushing with mustard mixture frequently.  Serve with Stevenot Verdelho and enjoy.
