Green Beans with Cranberries & Roasted Pecans

1-1/2 lbs. Green Beans
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup Rum
1/2 cup Pecans Halves
1/4 cup Olive Oil or Butter

Rinse and drain green beans and set aside. Soak cranberries in rum for 1 hour. Meanwhile roast pecans on a cookie sheet in oven at 325 degrees until lightly browned. Steam green beans until just tender. Remove from steamer and set aside. In a large saute' pan heat butter or olive oil over medium heat, add green beans, drained cranberries and pecans. Cook approximately 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve immediately.

Serves 6-8.
